How to Use the PDF Merger Tool
Step 1: Open the Tool
- Copy the provided HTML code and save it as an
index.html
file. - Open it in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
Step 2: Upload PDF Files
You can add PDF files in two ways:
- Drag & Drop
- Simply drag your PDF files and drop them into the blue “Drop Zone” area.
- Click to Browse
- Click the “Drop Zone” area to open a file browser and select PDFs.
⚠️ Limitations:
- Max 10 files at a time.
- Each file must be under 10MB.
- Only PDF files are supported.
Step 3: Reorder Files (Optional)
- You can rearrange the order of PDFs before merging:
- Drag & Drop files up/down in the list.
- Use the ▲ (Up) and ▼ (Down) buttons.
- Click 🗑️ (Trash) to remove a file.
Step 4: Merge PDFs
- Once files are in the correct order, click the “Merge PDFs” button.
- The tool will combine them into a single PDF.
- The merged file will automatically download as
merged-document.pdf
.
Step 5: Change Language (Optional)
- Use the dropdown in the top-right to switch languages (supports 10 languages, including Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, etc.).
